Each time we meet a customer they size us up in about five seconds, and many times it is our hand shake that is their first encounter. Different shakes convey a different message of who you are. When speaking to a customer or potential customer the most important tool you have is the ability to listen to their needs. This will allow you to really hear them and reflect back. Only when you truly listen to your customers' issues can you attempt to improve their situation.
