With wild cards, is it statistically easier to draw 4 of a kind than a full house?

Because it seems like when we're playing something like deuces wild, people draw 4 of a kind all the time.

Wild cards would increase the likelyhood of drawing any particular hand by the same amount. Since it is easier to draw a full house than four of a kind without wild cards, it will be easier to draw a full house with the wild cards also.
