How can I go about crafting with aluminum cans?

I am wanting to make a 3D arrow out of aluminum cans, all sides need to be water/air tight. I have the cans but I cant figure out what I will need to use to mend them together. I am a highschool student so weilding would be difficult, thanks.

you can't weld aluminum as thin as the walls of pop cans anyway, they would melt too fast. So use some glue. If it really needs to be watertight 2 component epoxy glue is probably best. A gluegun would be another option, but probably hard to get in the inside and work with precision.
Apart from that you will need patience and something like tin snips. Maybe a knife to get the cut started. Use your creativity. If you need to hold them in place while the glue sets use tape.
