What do you do to help a 9 year old let go of his teddy bear?
My 9 year old son has a lil blue bear named Bun Bun. He has had him since he was 3. Bun Bun goes EVERYWHERE except to school with him. How can I help him let go of Bun Bun? We talked about leaving Bun Bun on his bed and then he can just sleep with him but he got upset at that idea. I don't want to be mean and just take it away from him.
I don't really want to take it away from him but I also don't want him to be the only 9 year old who still carries around his teddy bear. I just don't want him to be made fun of.
