How can i re-size a desktop wallpaper that is to large?
The wallpaper is 1280 x 800, and whenever i put it on it cuts off the bottom. I usually wouldn't mind, but it cuts off a quote that really makes the wallpaper amazing. I'm on a Dell Inspiron 15 (1545), and the web sight says my display is 1366x768. I've tried so many things, (Paint, photobucket, photoshop) but I imagine i'm forgetting to do a simple thing to re-size it.
Any help will be loved. :3
